Joe, for much of his life, was a poultry farmer, always rather handy with wood and metal, with a great interest in art. In 2002 Joe sold the farm and began to study glass.
Joe has studied the art of glass at Niagara College, Sheridan College, and at the Oatka School of Glass in Batavia, New York. His work is often inspired by the idyllic Niagara countryside, through the eyes of both an artist and a farmer.
His glass is eye-catchingly beautiful, sparkling in the light, its vivid colours begging to be looked at and imagined about. His wearable art necklaces and other fused glass items compliment the home, adding an artistic touch to everyday items.
